Overview
|
The inaugural PSOJ Chairman's Club Forum was held on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 and replaced the 7-year old Job Creation Awards Breakfasts. This new initiative provides an important opportunity for private sector leaders and other key stakeholders to hear from local and international experts who have vast knowledge and experience in issues that are critical to the captains of industry. In addition, those in attendance are able to air their concerns or seek clarifications on the topic being discussed at the Forum. Once again the PSOJ is appreciative of the generosity of our sponsors of this event namely LIME (formerly Cable & Wireless (Ja.) Ltd.) and the National Commercial Bank Jamaica Ltd. Thanks to these two corporate partners for their support of this bi-monthly activity. At these fora, the PSOJ will continue to recognize companies or entrepreneurs who have excelled in areas such as Job Creation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Governance and other areas critical to business success. |
