Frequently Asked Questions

What is the ENDS?

The E-commerce National Delivery Solution (ENDS) is a registration portal for compliant businesses and delivery services to operate during the curfew hours.

Any compliant business/vendor or taxi/motorcycle courier will be able to operate during curfew hours once they have submitted the requisite documents, are verified and receive approval.

How does the ENDS work?

Businesses and couriers are required to complete an application form online to apply for a Curfew Passport demonstrating that they are permitted to operate during curfew hours.

Approval for vendors and businesses are done via the Ministry of Local Government, through the respective municipalities.

Drivers are approved by the Ministry of Transport and Mining through the Transport Authority.

Once approval is granted, a unique QR Code will be sent to the e-mail address used in the sign-up process. This code can be stored digitally or printed.

The platform has a directory with links to approved vendors and e-commerce providers that a customer can visit to place orders during curfew hours.
