All payment received via the PSOJ online payment portal for membership fees are final and cannot be refunded.
Payment made for events may be considered for refund if the following conditions apply:
- The purchaser makes a request to cancel. Request for cancellation must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 48 hours prior to the date of the event.
Refund will be paid, less an administrative fee of 5% of the ticket price
- The event is rescheduled or cancelled. If you are able to attend the event on the rescheduled date, your payment will be transferred to the rescheduled event date.
If you are unable to attend the event on the rescheduled date, a full refund will be paid. An administration fee will NOT be charged.
